The administrator account created will be able to manage things such as keywords (tags) added to list items from the enabling of "Enterprise Keywords" feature for the list, but also for all global metadata.

STEP 1

  1. In a new browser window, open the root of your website (such as http://svrnm/).
  2. Provide the sharepoint farm account credentials.

  1. After the main page loads, click on the "Site Actions" tab and then "Site Settings".

  1. Under the section "Site Administration" click on "Term store management".

  1. Add the designated term store administrator and click the "OK" button.
